Spain has been an enemy of the Porte and now they want to mend their ways with the Porte and sent envoys from Naples for peace. However, it has been decided that the Spanish are not genuine in their petition. And they were rejected once. Now, it has been heard that their envoys already reached Ragusa. The Ragusans are ordered to send those envoys back to their countries and expel them from the Ottoman lands as soon as possible.
